iPage is horrible.

iPage (the hosting company this site is run through) is complete and utter crap. They are the reason this site loads Epicly slow.. also the reason why I have been lacking with the updates (the wordpress admin interface loads slower than the user end).

I need a new host... ASAP!

Another userscript.. this one was a ‘Quickie’

My Love for the StackExchange and my love for developing user scripts (browser extensions) has finally combined.
Have you ever felt yourself wondering the web only to be constantly checking back to your favorite SE site to see if there are any new questions to be reviewed or answered? I know I do!
This need has brought fourth the Quickie bar.
    - The project is still in very early stages of development and will progressively gain more features as well as function. The UI is nothing to be desired and will also be updated with newer versions.

    Install the script here

The menu will appear on the bottom right of your screen default is closed.

Clicking on the 'Quickie Handle' will open the menu and display ten questions according to your selected options.

The system will refresh the question list every two minutes, and your site selection (only, no question type selection) is remembered in your browser cookies for 14 days.

        Back my Backspace please…

Having recently switched over to Ubuntu from Windows the only thing that has thus far been annoying is the browsers default backspace functionality.
In both Chromium 15 and FireFox 8 the default behavior is nothing (when not focused in an input), whereas in Windows they act as a navigation hotkey for the browsers Back button.

Now I personally (and I canwill assume many others) want this functionality back! FireFox has given you an option to regain this, however Chromium has not.
The solution I have come up with is a simple little userscript which can be installed from here. You can also view the source from GitHub.

        Enjoy!
